BuildUP India was selected by the RWA from multiple competing vendors to execute the elevator shaft renovation and infrastructure upgrade for the high-rise Eldeco Apartments in Vaishali. Our team delivered the project with strict adherence to safety norms, precise engineering, and on-time execution—ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for residents and the RWA.

Highlights of Work Completed

• Shaft Renovation:
  Structural repair and alignment correction, reinforcement of weak sections, debris removal, and preparation of a safe, compliant shaft for elevator installation.
• Civil Works:
  High-quality plastering, patchwork, cutout correction, wall finishing, grouting, shaft floor preparation, and repairing old or damaged RCC portions.
• Electrical Works:
  Installation of new wiring, earthing, power routing, DB upgrades, conduit fitting, and compliance with residential electrical safety standards.

The project was delivered within the committed timeline, providing Eldeco residents with a ready-to-install, fully compliant elevator shaft and a seamless overall project experience.
